We provide assistance with washing, bathing, showering, oral care and dressing and undressing each day, whilst respecting dignity and promoting independence.

We support with prompting medication, administering medication and application of prescribed creams. We can assist in the ordering of medications and management of medications.

Continence Care and Toileting

We provide assistance to check and change continence pads and assist to go to the toilet. We can assist in Catheter Care, Nephrostomy Care and Stoma Care.

We provide assistance to prepare meals each day and prompt and assist service users to eat and drink each day.

We can provide companionship and social visits to provide a company, go out for the day, have a chat and promote social and mental wellbeing.

We can support service users with their shopping by taking them out or doing a shop for them. All staff are Enhanced DBS Checked.

Cleaning and Laundry

We provide assistance with light domestic duties such as changing beds, dusting, hoovering and mopping, managing washing and emptying bins.

Welfare Checks

We provide welfare and wellbeing checks to ensure that our service users are safe and well each day.

We provide specialist palliative care to try and make the hardest of times a little easier. We work alongside District Nurses and other professionals to ensure a dignified and comfortable service.
